Hello, I’m Tempest I’m an 8 year old, spayed female, brown tabby, maine coon mix.  I’m a shy lady who was rescued from living on a school campus my entire life and I’m now looking for a little tender loving care in a quiet and relaxed adult-only home to live peacefully. Until recently, I slept under a building on gravel.  I found out how soft and warm a fuzzy blanket could be and I’m not interested in living under a building any more.  I am a super affectionate gal once we get to know each other.  My fur is super soft, I love to be pet and brushed.  I’m quite a talker, I enjoy chatting with my human and I will come to you when you call me by name.  I enjoy naps, purring and making biscuits when being talked to or pet. I would like to be the queen of my castle without any other pets.  The nice campus cat coalition people took me to the vet when I stopped eating and thankfully, I got my broken tooth extracted and wow, am I a happy camper!  The vet said I am super sweet, strong and healthy and have movie star teeth and even though my eye does have discoloration, it doesn’t affect my vision and is not dangerous to me.  I did find out that I tested positive for FIV, but that doesn’t mean I won’t live a long and healthy life.
