Adoption Fees

$200 for kittens up to one year
$160 for cats over one year

All cats have been:

-  Spayed/neutered
-  FVRCP vaccinated
-  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults)
-  Dewormed
-  Flea treated
-  Microchipped

Cora was just a kitten in the Fall of 2018 and running across the campus at Will C Wood High School throughout the Winter and Spring.  This poor baby got pregnant as a kitten and had her five kittens at the school.  During the Summer of 2019, her kittens were rescued from the school at just 3 weeks old so they would not have the same fate as their mom and their mom's sister who also had kittens at the school.  Cora was then rescued about a week later and we were unsure on how her temperament would be since she was born at the school and grown up with no home.  It turns out that she has taken to living in a home very nicely.  She is a typical tortie with regards to having an independent personality.  Cora loves to hang out with you and just chill.  She is not a fan of being picked up as it makes her feel insecure when she does not feel the ground under her.  Cora will make a great companion cat for anyone.  She is just a very chill girl who loves to be pet.  She is simple and is not needy.  Are you looking for a cat that is not needy and a great companion, then Cora is the kitty you are looking for?

Adoptions Events on Saturdays:  

Petco in Vacaville, 210 Nut Tree Pkwy from 11am-2pm

Petco in Fairfield, 1320 Gateway Blvd, from 2- 5pm

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
