Adoption Fees

$200 for kittens up to one year
$160 for cats over one year

All cats have been:

-  Spayed/neutered
-  FVRCP vaccinated
-  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults)
-  Dewormed
-  Flea treated
-  Microchipped

Meet Chika!

One of our volunteers found Chika at our local El Pollo Loco restaurant.  Unlike other strays, she begged for food and didn't hesitate getting close to make sure she got some.  She was hesitatant enough that it took a couple of days to catch her.  Under all the hair, this little girl had had a rough time.  She had obviously gotten into a fight with another animal as she had a torn up ear and several lacerations, including a rough slash across her nose and narrowly missing her eye.

Two months later, most of those injuries have healed and she has been given a clean bill of health from our vet.  She is a small thing, only weighing 4.5 pounds even now.  She fits in well with my cats and dogs after a proper introduction.  She is definitely a people kitty as she is very content to follow me around the house, curl up in whatever room I'm in when I'm busy, and if I sit she is quickly in my lap or sitting on the couch with me.  She is extremely fond of her treats and anything else I feed her.

She even thinks my big dogs are ok!

Adoptions Events on Saturdays:  

Petco in Vacaville, 210 Nut Tree Pkwy from 11am-2pm

Petco in Fairfield, 1320 Gateway Blvd, from 2- 5pm

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
